That was a great BAC meeting -- one of the best, if not *the* best -- 
in my 12 years of watching and avoiding the BAC and BTAC meetings 
that preceded it. I know that Bert is trying to get the comments 
transcribed, in order to record officially the elucidating comments 
of many of the staff people who showed up.

I don't know if anyone but Bert went by CarFree Happy Hour before the 
BAC meeting. After the BAC meeting, we had a great discussion, part 
of the result of which is a draft resolution by Marc Salomon for the 
BAC to ask the Board to introduce.
