Hi everyone, I thought some in this group might be interested in this 
International Bicycle Planning Conference being held
March 2006 in Cape Town, South Africa. They are currently calling for 
papers.

There are discounted registration fees for advocates and non-profit 
volunteers, and the conference coincides with the Cape Argus Tour, a 
110km bicycle race through the Cape Peninsula.

It would be a good excuse to visit South Africa!
