[Carfreeliving] NPR story on NYC congestion charging proposal

Just heard this story on NPR's All Things Considered:

November 23, 2005 · An influential group of New Yorkers wants the  
city to implement congestion pricing -- where drivers pay a premium  
to drive in the most congested parts of the city and during peak  
travel times. They say it's working in London. But so far, the mayor  
isn't sold on the idea.
