It has been a long and unrewarding battle, this one.  I keep our
neighborhood sidewalks fairly clear by targeting repeat offenders with a
single mindedness that does make me question my own sanity.  It works, but
that's just my stomping ground.  And I would say that out of ten calls I
make to DPT, only 2 result in a ticket.  Either they don't show, or they
show 2 hours later and the car is long gone.

We've tried all the standard options, asking, begging, demanding.  I really
think it's going to take a lawsuit. I think that is the only way we will get
DPT to enforce this violation.
